The Promotion  

  1. The information posted on our social media sites on how to enter a specific Promotion will form part of these Terms (“Promotion Post”). If there is an inconsistency between these Terms and the Promotion Post, these Terms will prevail.  

  1. Promotion prizes (“Prize”) are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

Eligibility and How to Enter 

  1. For all our Promotions, unless the specific Promotion Post says otherwise, you’ll need to be living in Australia and aged 18 years or over.

  1. All our Promotions will specify the dates you can enter the Promotion between.  (“Promotion Period”). You can only enter each of our Promotions once.

  1. Each of our Promotion Posts will let you know how to enter – for example, this could be as simple as commenting on the Promotion Post, or could involve completing a quiz.

  1. We want our Promotions to be fair for everyone, so if we receive any incomplete, illegible, ‘hacked’ or fraudulent looking entries on any of our wonderful Promotions, we may not be able to accept that entry.  

Picking the Winner  

  1. How we choose the winner for each of our Promotions will depend on the specific Promotion. But, each Promotion Post will let you know how we pick our winner, as well as if there’s more than one Prize up for grabs.  Each Promotion Post will also let you know how and when you’ll be notified if you do win, and how we’ll get the Prize to you.

  1. As we’ve said above, each Promotion Post will let you know how and when you’ll be notified if you do win a Promotion. We’ll always do our best to contact you if you are the winner, but if we can’t get in touch with you, we may award the Prize to someone else.  

  1. If it isn’t clear who submitted the winning entry, we will award the prize to the authorised account holder of the social media account used to enter the Promotion.  

Privacy  

  1. We’re committed to protecting your privacy. We’ll only collect and use your details for the purposes of running each Promotion.  

  1. To access or correct your details, get in touch with us.  

  1. If you win one of our Promotions, you agree to participate in any publicity generated by BraveGen (or BraveGen’s marketing partners), and agree to the use of your name, address and photo for promotional purposes. 

Definitions 

  1. Energy Solutions Providers LTD, trading as BraveGen, is the promoter of this Promotion.  By entering, your information will only be used by BraveGen – we won’t share this with Facebook, Instagram or any other social media platform we may use to run a Promotion.  This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other social media platform used to run a Promotion so Facebook, Instagram or any social media platform we may use to run a Promotion will not be liable to you for any reason.  

  1. BraveGen and its suppliers will not be liable to you for any loss or damage (including personal injury) that you might suffer through participating in the Promotion or winning (or not winning) any Prize.  

  1. Employees and contractors of BraveGen, and their immediate families, are not eligible to win the Prize through any Promotion. They may, however, in those cases where people may win prizes via nomination, enter others in the competition as described.

  1. Occasionally, things happen which are outside of BraveGen’s control and we may have to change or cancel the Promotion or these Terms.
